Shipping Method

We ship internationally via United States Parcel Service (USPS) First Class and Priority Mail. 

Timing of Shipments

In most cases your order will be shipped the same day or the next business day after placing your order (also see our back order policy below). Excluding holidays, an item ordered by First Class mail may take seven days to arrive and Priority Mail should arrive three to five days after placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee arrival times. 

Tracking Your Order

You should receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order. If your tracking information isn't received we can be reached at orders@batworld.org or 940-325-3404.

Back Orders

We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time (although 99% of the time we do). If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within one week, we will contact you with details of the back order and when your item will ship. If you have a critical or time-sensitive need, please feel free to email us at orders@batworld.org or call us at 940-325-3404 to ensure your order reaches its destination as soon as you need it.
