We ship nationally and internationally by United States Parcel Service (USPS) First Class, Priority Mail and Express Mail.
Please note that the recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. You may also be able to calculate these charges on this link. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Timing of Shipments
In most cases your order will be shipped the same day or the next business day after placing your order (also see our back order policy below). Excluding holidays, an item ordered by First Class mail may take seven days to arrive and Priority Mail should arrive three to five days after placing your order. Express mail shipping placed before noon central time will most likely arrive the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
You should receive an email confirming shipment to the same email address you used when placing your order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order. If your tracking information isn't received we can be reached at email@example.com or 940-325-3404.
We cannot guarantee that we will have all items in stock all the time (although 99% of the time we do). If your item is not in stock and is not expected to be in stock within one week, we will contact you with details of the back order and when your item will ship.
